He outlines 10 basic prinicples, which after reading, seem pretty obvious and easy to follow. This will form the foundation of our Paleo diet/lifestyle:
- Eat lots of animals, insects and plants
- Move around a lot at a slow pace
- Lift heavy things
- Run really fast once in awhile
- Get lots of sleep
- Play
- Get some sunlight every day
- Avoid trama
- Avoid poisonous things
- Use your mind
